Multigenerational Map
Valleypark Community Centre

Summer 2017

After the success of doing other multi-generational projects, we were asked to do a small something at Valleypark Community Centre. The theme was around 'New and Old' so we made a huge map of the area around the centre then asked people from community to make the buildings to go on the map. This opened up a dialogue between younger and older generations, allowing memories of the area to come into play and bringing up some really interesting stories!
